Request: Add NDA gate before accessing confidential IMs in Files.

Hi, I started using the Newsletters and Files to run SPV deals. However, there's no "Sign an NDA" feature available before they see the full IM that I saved in Files. This is critical as some of the info can be confidential. Could this be added?

Hi Pamela, right now we don't offer any NDA features yet. So far we've been focused on putting fewer roadblocks in front of users to encourage them to review any materials sent, however thank you for this feature request!

If you wanted to keep everything in Hub, you could consider 2 data rooms, but that may be onerous.
